O.H. Industri was founded in 1980 when Ove Hvergel started producing panels and door leaves.

Since then the company has become the leading supplier timber composite door leaves and sandwich panels in Denmark and in Northern Europe.

Today O.H. Industri A/S is part of the VKR group which employs approx. 13,000 employees in more than 40 countries
